Q: I paid via cash-in-mail. Is there anyway to expedite my order?
A: Yes, if you send us the treacking number of your cash-in-mail payment, we will package your order and send it out the exact same day we receive your payment.

A: We are located in the United States of America
Q: How soon will my order be processed after I submit it?
A: 99% of all orders are dispatched by the next business day.
Q: How long does shipping take? Do you offer tracking?
A: Shipping usually takes 1-4 business days within the USA depending upon which shipping method you have chosen. All our packages are shipped with tracking. Bulk order will take longer to deliver.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards for domestic (USA) orders under $500. We also accept Greendot MoneyPaks, cash-in-mail, & money orders.
Q: Do you accept paypal?
A: No, we do not accept paypal and never will.
Q: For my credit card order, can I have my order shipped to an address other then the address of record?
A: Occasionally we ship packages to alternate addresses but, because of issues with credit card fraud we reserve the right to decline your request.
Q: How do you ship your packages?
A: All orders placed are shipped discreetly in plain generic packaging, from a registered trading business.
Q: Do you have a MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) or for your products?
A: Yes, all products are shipped with a MSDS.
Q: I am a university student, and would like to purchase the analogue ***** of the Shedule 1 chemical ******* from you. Do you stock it?
A: No, we have never, and will never stock analogues of shedule 1 & 2 substances.
Q: How much does product XXXXXX cost?
A: All prices are listed on our website, please look there. If you need a product in bulk quantities that are not listed on our website, please contact us.

A: No we are not a scam.(You would be surprised how many times people actually email us with this question. As a result we put it on our FAQ's)
